We are proud, ecstatic, over-the-moon, hopping around like Christmas morning excited to announce that one•little•m is becoming Paper Truly! Much more than just a new name and logo, Paper Truly represents a big behind-the-scenes change. When Melissa started this business, it really was just one little M, working away in her spare time to turn her hobbies into an income. Now, it’s becoming a true family business.
So, before we go any further, allow me to introduce myself:
Hi, I’m Jon. I’ve been very much behind-the-scenes since the beginning, giving Melissa business advice and keeping the books straight, but it was mostly an occasional parachute drop. At the beginning of 2015, though, it became pretty clear that I would soon need to jump in full-time.
For the last 9 years, I was the business director and creative director for a church here in Chattanooga. My background is small business and small organizations, and I understand what it takes to serve customers well. Paper Truly may be more than one little M now, but our commitment to excellent service, outstanding design, and the creation of Moments is stronger than ever.
You’ll be hearing a lot from me here on the blog, as well as through all of our social channels. In many ways, I’ll be the voice while Melissa is the hands. We’re expanding our product line to include both party invitations and paper gifts – more on that later.
Over the next couple of days, you’ll see all of our social media profiles update with the new brand, and, if you’re a current customer, you’ll start seeing papertruly@gmail.com instead of onelittlem@gmail.com popping up in your inbox. All of our scheduled projects will go along uninterrupted during this change; and if your order ships this week, you’ll be among the first to see a fancy new Paper Truly sticker on your box instead of one•little•m.
