Olivia Grace Meek is here!
Born November 13, 2013 at 5:04pm, measuring 7 lb. 10 oz., 20 in.
Two weeks ago this tiny human arrived and totally struck my world. She really is the most incredible thing I have ever made! Her time with us so far has been incredibly life-changing, overwhelming, emotional, challenging, and wonderful. I’ve been most amazed by how easy it is to suddenly have a never-ending supply of unconditional love for this perfect little creature.
As a lady, it’s hard to believe that your body can allow a new someone to exist. It blows my mind that she came from me. I had a wonderfully easy pregnancy, barely felt pregnant for the majority of the time (no real cravings, aversions, sickness, body pains, etc.) However, I think my birth story made up for the easy time I had for 9 months! It was the most difficult, most worth-it thing I have ever done in my entire life. Read the complete birth story here.
I’m excited to watch Olivia grow, she’s already changed so much! I’ll admit to you ~ I’m basically using my maternity leave to stare at her all day so I don’t miss a moment of her changing :•) Just too incredible.
