Updated February 7, 2022
We are operating as usual regarding bookings and design availability amidst residual affects from the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the events industry is experiencing a gigantic surge of interest with 2020 events now rescheduled to 2022 so you may experience delays or unexpected changes with your order.
PRODUCTION DELAYS
Invitation orders may delay shipment by 2-6 days later than the proposed ship date, especially those with laser cut/unique shaped pieces. We’ve experienced our print production requiring more time due to the influx in demand. Please be aware of this as you schedule your order with us. Schedule early if a delay will be a problem for you.
OUT OF STOCK SUPPLIES
We have experienced items like ribbon, envelopes, and special paper requests being of stock or delayed until they come in with our vendors due to surge in demand.
Paper mills have also dropped some paper styles permanently. Other papers (some that we use regularly) now require longer wait times. Our print shop usually does large pre-orders of these to avoid the wait, but please be aware that you may need to be flexible, to decide whether to wait or change your preferences if timing is an issue.
SHIPPING TIMES
US and International postal service is still experiencing regular delays. US orders might experience a few days or up to a week delay. International orders have been difficult to know what to expect. We’ve had 3-5 day International Express Mail take 2-3 weeks, and we just had a 6-10 day International Priority Mail take exactly 2 months (8 weeks) to arrive and clear customs. Please take these delays into account when scheduling your order with us. Here’s what we have found to be recent trends:
• US First Class (3-5 days) now 2-3 days longer
• US Priority Mail (2-3 days) now 2 days longer
• International Priority (6-10 days) now 3-8 weeks longer
• International Express (3-5 days) now 2-3 weeks longer
We do greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
